Solar panels installation management platform

The challenge

We received a request that a solar panels installation company is trying to streamline their operations. The problem they were facing was that there was a lot of manual work going on in their operations. For example, A technician goes on a site for inspection, takes some pictures of what needs to be doe and where needs to be done. Now those pictures needs to be saved and referenced. How is that happening? Chat apps. Bunch of images scattered in chat apps. Lots of back and forth.

What we built

We built an internal operations management software for them. Now those same images were being uploaded to the system we developed. They could quickly see which project each image belongs to. Which project when started, when ended. We even built a CRM system baked into the platform, so they could provide customer support to existing users and even find new customers.

The outcome

The system we built has helped them install solar panels generating more than 2.5 MW of green energy every second. All those messy manual operations ended up being streamlined via a system which was designed specifically to their needs.
